At Ukpetessentials (“we”, “us”, “our”), we want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
**14-Day Cooling-Off Period (UK Legal Requirement)**
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The cooling-off period begins the day after you receive the goods.

**Return Window**
If you cancel within the 14-day cooling-off period, you then have another 14 days to send the goods back to us (total 28 days from delivery). If you return the goods after this period, we may not accept the return.
**Conditions for Return**
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened pet grooming tools, toothbrushes, or edible products (treats, supplements).
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or not as described.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.
